What we collect
When you request a quote we collect your name, mobile number, moving locations and moving date. When you book, we collect a billing address and GST number if you need a GST invoice.
Why we collect it
To prepare your quote, plan the move, issue the invoice and contact you about the shipment. We do not sell your data or share your number with third-party advertisers.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number.
How long we keep it
Booking and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within a year.
